Note: Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not send any items back without first submitting a return request, as they will not be accepted.

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no explanation required.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
